Classical Liberal Arts
Discovered by the Greeks, adopted by the Romans, blessed by the Church as the prerequisite for scholarship and the intellectual foundation of every western education until 1900, the Liberal Arts train a student's mind to study the roots of all human understanding in language and mathematics. These arts respect the stages of learning, a person's natural capacity, and the order in ideas and the created world. Liberal Arts serve both Philosophy & Civics, but most of all Theology. As an endorsement, St. Augustine appeals to Holy Scripture: "Wisdom has built herself a house; she has hewn her out seven pillars." Proverbs 9:1

The Heights Classical education admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students in our program. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other education-administered programs.
